All of this occurred BEFORE we started seeing issues because of the Corona Virus.

While I get that people are stressed (especially those who have cut hours and even job loss) it's also a time to make things happen in those events. 

My Motto is "always be fearful the economy when times are good is always fragile and could be taken away with a single event.  

From 2014 -2016 another shift started to occur as technology began to improve, crowdfunding became more mainstream, and Fintech started to make an appearance.

In addition to all other great suggestions, I recommend locating REI clubs in your area via BP/events page and Meetup sites.

Is anyone here still pursuing FHA house hacks during the coronavirus events? 

It may not be the moment of the raise or the bonus, but the statistics show that it has occurred for decades in coastal So Cal. 

Lock outs aren't and won't be occurring for a number of months so it is vital that if you buy a property with inherited tenants that they are good and well veted.Another barrier is the change in the lending landscape.

Overall COVID-19 has been a non-event for my office.
