This kind of policy can cover tobacco, marijuana, and vaping chemicals too.

As time moves forward, I HOPE (I think it is a good bet) appreciation will continue to rise on all of my properties and I will enjoy positive cash flow from my re-positioned units. 

Investing is what prompted me to pursue the license and what I enjoy most, but as you said being an agent is an opportunity to earn extra income.

I've been hosting for over a year now and have two properties i run and have enjoyed it quite a bit.

The holding costs made me go way over budget.I still do the things I'm good (and fast) at and enjoy, but the rest gets farmed out to the pros.

There are plenty of agency built on the backbone of people that just enjoy running paid traffic.

Dont rent out to students if you dont have to, just a warning, they party all the time and smoke/vape.
