Early Tuesday morning i get and email telling me that there's been another offer, so i need to bring my highest and best.I just laughed, told my agent to submit my new offer at 68k. those people are idiots. it's on thing to try to push regular homeowners to play on their emotional feelings, but they have to learn that that crap does not work with investors.

Connecticut's process is very by-the-book and evictions can move quickly (4 - 6 weeks) as long as we keep our heads, keep the emotion out of it, maintain good documentation and follow the rules to the letter.
