I also gave my tenant a high velocity fan to help dry the walls.Today, 12/5/20 the the ceiling is leaking worst and the falling down now.

Those investors where the properties have dried up have moved capital stacks into other asset classes in different periods of cycle recovery.I think it's great that people want to invest in lower income properties.

It needs to be sealed up so everything inside can dry out. there are really only 2 places where I saw BAD leaks inside.
