I pay $45 per mo. for property radar and $28 per month for Rebo gateway by benuteach I found both as a referral from my title rep at first American title, our success is 95%.To speak more to what I'm doneing, we are developing a "FARM" I do the same type of drive for dollars type of thing only I want people to be living in the home.   

Trying to decide at this point if the numbers even make sense enough to drive down to look at it.

I do not fit into this category.I learn through experience, and I have invested in my properties after extensively driving and walking the neighborhoods in which they are located.

@Ryan MullinI agree with @Charles Worth This is a great article.With the improvements and expansion of businesses into Fountain Square this should lead into the surrounding neighborhood communities, like Bates Hendricks, to improve as well.

I am not opposed to looking within an hour or two drive from where I currently live, which is borderline Plano/Frisco.  

I would like to get some insight in the New Haven market place and surrounding areas.

Notes are listed on BP because notes are popular with those in RE, it drives posts which is BP's business, they are not in the financial advisory business.    

Use Google street view when you find something you like and "drive" around the neighborhood before you actually go there in person.
