I personally prefer a professional letter over a yellow letter or postcard, this has always worked best for me.

@Kerry Noble Jr they asked for an offer letter.

A hand written letter has a feel that you are "just some guy", a random buyer that wants to buy your house.

Until then, we'll keep up with digital.

If the apartment has apparent damage from the pets, we'll send the tenants a non-renewal letter instead of our 'welcome' letter and we offer to let them out of the lease early.

CR has cracked down on building for many reason so being in a gray area could be a problem as I stated earlier make sure you are able to build meaning you have a water letter in hand and a Muni acceptance letter stating the zoning is ok to have a remodel and or build on you lot.
