Some of them were cash flow neutral but appreciating double digits.

Most liens get redeemed with either the owner keeping the property or the mortgage lender protecting their position (which they must do or risk losing their security interest in a foreclosure).The only thing I've seen individual investors without the big money be able to do is invest in a few sewer and water liens for single digit interest.

Hello @Yousef SamyI am a developer and owner of a buyers agency firm in Tulum (Jungle Realtor), I own and manage multiple properties, and my properties are generating solid returns, double digits.

All these things make Asheville a great location to visit, both on STR or MTR timelines (for travel nurses, digital nomads, etc.). 

It was in single digits in some areas and climbed as high as 18% in others.

Edit: In particular, wanted to know about LTR potential and growth potential of the area in general.
