(almost all of them) The gang territory borders matter much more than the borders of the neighborhood.My suggestion to out of towners is you need to come and walk the neighborhoods.  

Use exhaust fans or open the windows in the kitchen and bathroom when cooking and showering and for awhile afterward.)Use air conditioners and de-humidifiers when needed.Unfortunately, @Bruce Chang, whether there is or isn't a mold hazard in the home, the tenant may perceive there is.

Hi Everyone,I'm looking to invest south of the border and the two biggest markets that are closest to me are Syracuse and Albany.

The facility is in a medium sized town, BUT on a main route which leads to the bordering state and has great viability and a very high traffic count.

Is the company de-investing in RE by sale/leaseback or are these coming from private investors?
