Hi Andrew - I have used a small surveying shop in Pittsboro but I doubt they would work in Raleigh or be right for a more urban context.

Good evening BP community, have a situation with one of my real estate clients.

The fact that you have three parties who are joint tenants is curious and may have to do with a community property or state issue (especially since you're in CA one of the last bastions of Community property). 

The best analogy I can think of is asking someone to put together a great baseball team and defining the terms average, home runs, and RBI but without any context of what typical numbers are.

I am curious to know if anyone in the BP community has invested, Passively, with these popular platforms.

I am thinking your worrying about nothing.. when I create HOA's for my new communities I never turn them over to the owners until I am done building 100% of my project out.. last  thing you want to do is answer to a bunch of homeowners :)  then they set up their committees and they make sure everyone keeps the property in good condition etc etc.
