I have written about this subject over on the Bigger Pockets News Blog for months... and the general consensus I have found is that we are headed to a double-dip and it will stay that way until unemployment stablizes.That coupled with all of the anticipated changes in Governement policy and we are in for one hell of a ride.For real estate investors... stay limber... don't be afraid to adapt to the changing conditions and keep the communications open, right here on BP, to what each of us is experiencing.

If they're are using a certain formula to figure the numbers I'll ask for an example, even if I understand it I may ask just to make sure that lines of communication is clear from the jump.

It's been sitting on the market for a while, and the price has just been reduced to 115k, but they're trying to do a short sale.So when I submit my offer, how can I communicate to the seller that he can accept my offer and allow me (well, our short sale investor friend) to do the negotiations and paperwork on his behalf?
