Have you seen or learned any other little niches or common misconceptions about the VA loan?

My agent and other investors in the area had told me that in South Jersey it isn't common or necessary to have one. 

Now that doesn’t mean they can fall in certain markets, ones that are more prone to a boom/bust cycle; but a retreat in housing prices is simply not a very common occurrence on a national scale.

Every house I lose money on or ran over budget had one thing in common: too many problems, the list was just too long!

As a broker, I've had three different client reactions to recent events:  1) Cancel and Run!

Look up the requirements for your own statethis was very common for brokerages all over the US as it created income for them..

Why are kids out of school for 3 months, but daycare centers (a notorious source of bring home ailments) are okay.See, I don't have a problem with common sense prevention.

Depending on how common the name is, I've just searched facebook and linkedin in the past, and had varying levels of success.Also, it's possible the man that answered just didn't want to talk to you.

Commonality here is investors need some peace and confidence in something right now.
