My condo is actually an Own-Your-Own which is similar to a co-op.

Assuming it's bet to make sure that funds for REI don't co-mingle with private funds from the get go, but I also feel it's a bit early to be running out to get business accounts.

@Theresa Harris Gotcha, assuming you have a property manager to offload finding the tenants, collecting rent, coordinating repairs etc?

@Angel Medrano was unaware, so call a local co, and make your offer based on that,,,, EVERY deal ( unless a war zone) is based on the numbers,,,,,,, I am sure its only a few k,,,,, Good Luck 

@Julie Verardi I own three in jersey city and two I use USAA , if you are ex military or your parents were in the military it’s a good insurance co and they seem to be very competitive.

She has since signed the PA and now we are coordinating a few other loose ends to hopefully close in the next few months.While I currently have a large fix/flip going which has forced me to leverage both cash on hand and majority of all my credit.
