Hey @Peter Nikic - I read your title and before clicking I scoffed because I assumed the seller was trying to change the price after contract has been signed.

I know many people who can click a button and get a 20-50k 0% 18 month apr credit card instantly.

I have heard of all these, but the concept of refinancing hasn’t “clicked” yet. 

That being said, I think that at times people (Bridget Read) take a look at someone that owns properties and she gets mad, or needs to get clicks on her article while her having a bad experience one time with a landlord that fueled the motivation to write the article.

Landlords and property managers, I haven't had a vacancy for a while and noticed a new trend with today's applicants: they click on "I'm interested in your property", but after I respond to schedule a viewing time, I hear from very few of them and most of those don't qualify.
