For this class III property have you identified management shortcomings by the current owner that is reducing CAP rate of the property that you will be able to improve or cure.

It's obviously not in the luxury class that would require the real stuff, were folks suggesting the engineered wood or something else all together?

As in many foreign countries like India, Africa, China that are investing in USA there is often a small middle class in there home countries and a small set of 1%'ers in the upper class that CONTROL to much for there own greed.

There's so much more going on than just the numbers with a C class property.
