It had to be cleaned twice a year and have its filters changed both times or it would shut down causing the 6500sq Ft house to plummet in temperature immediately requiring immediate emergency maintenance from the only technician who was qualified to work on that furnace in a 200 mile radius.

I'm looking at a property in a city that is currently no longer issuing new STR permits and come Jan 1 2023 will shut down all operating STR's EXCEPT those operating in an HOA that allows them ( I've confirmed with the city ).

It was nice to get out.Our usual meetings are on the first Monday of the month, but where we hold ur meetings are either closed to groups in the case of our Lunchtime (noon) meetings on odd months and our even months location is still closed on Mondays for now, so we are meeting at 6pm (5:30 if you want dinner) at the Elks Lodge in Traverse City on the first Tuesday of the month going forward unless we get shut down again.

Yes, the houses immediately near the club on Church St (and some of the areas off 125) are fine, but as you get towards 'downtown' Gonic, which is where the Church, the Mill, and The Post Office are, are decidedly not good areas.
