If you want to be certified de-leaded they will test the exterior as well.  

Therefore, I have no recourse as a wholesaler, but being a Realtor as well, I'd like to hand this deal to a buyer and represent them.Can I post this in the forums as an opportunity for Bay Area investors, or may I only post in the Marketplace?
