Looking for Multifamily Investor in DC

I'm obsessed. I spend my morning commutes listening to Multifamily podcasts, spend my days working in the Multifamily lending industry, and spend my evenings reading books and learning from Multifamily underwriting briefs. I am confident that I've found my passion in life.

Despite this, I'm not achieving the traction I want. I am running into major roadblocks in getting the capital and experience to fund my own projects (just graduated from college) and am looking for a way to get involved in the day-to-day operations and initial investment of a property.

If there is a Multifamily Investor in the DC Marketplace who has the capacity to let me follow along with their projects or an investor who has too much on their plate and could use help, please let me know.
