@Steven MooreI agree with the other posterIf you are low on funds and low credit - work on fixing that first as buying property and trying to manage even with an k site manager is another risk that you need to have funds for repairs etc.

I want to buy the property on terms and demo, build a new house.I want to structure an owner finance deal with him where I either pay him interest only on the lot or no payments for 18 months (or until the new house completes and sells whichever is earlier).

It seems like these documents are intended as a bonus for purchasing the book (kindle version is only $10), so I probably shouldn't pass them on, but I'm wondering if anyone else who has these forms have run them buy a qualified attorney in Georgia to find out if they are legitimate here.

I now get monthly emails with updates to my home's estimated value, along with metrics such as how much rental income the property could generate.Their pricing algorithm is a blackbox to me, so I can't endorse the product.
