He claims propriety information to a masterclass for $525 which basically lays out 8 Airbnb Rule Sets to maximize revenue (which he has used himself to grow into a multimillion dollar business)     Same-old, same-old, right?

I heard this terms in a BP podcast and reaching out to see if anyone can explain how a rent to purchase is structured legally and the differences between the two.

Our lender required the same thing as what you are saying so what we had to do was have my business partner sign a lease for us that stated when he would move in and how much he would pay in rent.

Thank them for their help over the years, and then let the owner know you'll be finding a different plumber(they may rethink depending on how much business you give them?).

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.
