You find them by attending PIA meetings and building relationships with property managers/mortgage brokers and accountants.I am guessing that you are American and you have moved to NZ.

Get your license and open a lot more door than trying to broker without a license. 

These brokers were all in the 100+ multifamily investment space and I found it interesting that every single broker asked us this question:"How are you capitalized?"
