The type who would run and try to sue me if I contract had a miss print somewhere on page 1000, paragraph 300, subparagraph B, sentence a.1307zIf someone wants to hustle to find down and out properties that otherwise would not be listed on the MLS, and provide those deals to rehabbers that can fix them up and sell it to a family looking for a turnkey property, more power to them.

The tools alone save me hours of brain numbing spreadsheet work and formatting, I can and have printed multiple deals to show to my partner to justify the next investment (the wife, she ain’t happy nobody is), and to agree it’s another reply, if you’ve gotten ANY value from BP in your time here don’t you think it’s fair to contribute to the community we all turn to that answers our questions and keeps us out of trouble?!
