Sounds like you know your niche market and have a plan, that's a huge bonus to start with.If you haven't done so already, you might want to set up your keyword alerts (top of page to right, under yellow bar) maybe with the city you're in, student housing, and other terms you'd like to be notified of when they're being discussed.
