Also, no one dare speaks of oversupply because of all the news but SW Florida does have an absorption rate just like anywhere.Lot prices have doubled, lumber has quadrupled, labor has gone up, and nothing has decreased in price (at this point % rates are even flat year over year).Good luck 🍀 and build fast if you do some!

I don't want to pay a flat 20% to a management company.
