I got it last year at tax lien auction for cheap as a favor for someone, but I have no clear path for it

I was wondering what other fees were associated with purchasing a property at foreclosure auction in the Broward County area of Florida. 

But don't wanna sign a contract of sell.I replied to your PM but only way I know of is just to wait for the tax foreclosure auction.

But I take that with a grain of salt - although there may be corration, rising home prices is not the economy.I was more interested in how the Fayetteville NC economy is faring.A fun story - I had an investor friend in the Seattle WA area who complained people were paying full retail price for distressed auction properties.

I'd like to learn as much about the local public auctions as possible, but am having trouble finding any information online. 

A not so beautiful house in west Santa Rosa went for $502k at auction (sight unseen) yesterday...Zillow has it at value of $520. 

I don't have the cash to buy at a foreclosure auction so I'm thinking possibly REO off-market properties would be the way to go, but I don't know how to go about locating them. 

Purchase price: $186,000 Cash invested: $110,000 We bought at the county auction.

I bought this property for 12k in auction it has two separate apartments (2 different roofs) both are 2 beds 1bath.
