Buying a foreclosed home.

I hope everyone is staying safe during these times. I'm in the market of wanting to buy a home. I actually found a home in the part of the state i wanna move to on auction dot com. It's a in person auction that has a date of May 05th but underneath starting bid it says Est Debt by home own of 117k, if i bid on this property on auction dot com or in person will i have to pay the bid and as well as the debt or how would i go upon this process?
