Why this may actually be a problem:Context: During the last week or so of escrow, we run a bunch of database anti-fraud type checks on the homebuyer, the agents, the seller, etc.

Setting up an LLC is a 10-15 minute task so I would focus on getting an agreement with the seller first.

What tasks do you every single day that IF done by someone else, would allow you to re-allocate your time towards the things that bring more value to your business?

Remote flipping will be no easy task. 

I've come to the conclusion that PM's obviously want to keep it for the extra letter or calls to collect rent, but conversely, landlords don't want to be nickle and dimed for every little task the manager does. 

I think its a great and creative model though I don't fully understand how to go about this task.

For example, if a local jurisdiction wanted to be anti growth they could pass crazy rent control on SFR to discourage development.
