Given I’m brand new I’m hesitant to go long distance because contractors could take advantage of you more because you aren’t there to hold anyone accountable.  

Since I've been wholesaling I've just used forms out of books I've read or templets from random web sites, and i feel like I'm about to transition to buy and holds or even brrrs, so i feel better put together paperwork would be better.

In the meantime, if anyone has additional information, PLEASE post it!

Most Property managers charge between $250 - $1,000 to place a tenant and sign a lease in addition to their monthly management charge. 

Since he was 6 months late on the loan, I had urgent needs for the loan and wanted a wire for many reasons (my bank- bank of America puts holds on all large checks, so I am blocked from access to it for a week) and I didn't trust him with my wire information as he told me point blank "I'm not going to give you that information" when I asked who the closing attorney was.
