NID=1123 I also found this link for codes for maui https://www.municode.com/library/hi/maui_county/co...Not sure how accurate that is since its not directly from the county, but you should look it over and then call up the planning dept. and give them the TMK.

I have often wondered why the 203 loans used instead of buyers negotiating a higher price  and getting a repair/change what I don't like escrow account...appraisals are just not that accurate...5% give or take...From what I can see of sales prices.

@Jennifer MacKennaMy recollection when I looked into this awhile ago was that you cannot exempt the building materials from sales tax.After quick search I found this:http://www.tax.ohio.gov/faq/tabid/6315/Default.asp...which appears to confirm that.I'm not certain this info is accurate though so hopefully someone else can chime in and either confirm or deny these findings.
