@Amanda Rose Unfortunately, it would not be easy for you to get this information because of the way banks set up their processes.

Since you knew the lady had a cat you should have told the new tenant that up front.

Selling as an investment / rental and being landlord paid utilities is a very hard sell.Just mentioning;;  not all is cash and roses with your plan. 

Hired a new Management company outside of MI, they found out a lady by the name of  Marsha Davis came by on a white Malibu and picked up the rent for August, which I assume probably for June and July too from the tenant. 

It's not all roses and cashing fat checks.

I was at one event in the Bay area and the lady puts up a example of note she bought some where with a HUGE return.. but how many of those can you find.. when quizzed she said not easy.. :)

I am pretty sure that the feedback on BP is correct.. the lady above went there and has reported back.. what tenant lives in a house for a full year in INdy with NO HEAT. yet they were getting rent..
