Assuming they are legit the reward out weighs the risk

Just wondering how experienced flippers analyze their risk reward ratio and if you would consider this an acceptable risk.

Now I'm reaping the rewards of my delayed gratification and spending BOTH appreciation and cash flow/.J let's put your 3%-6% into perspective just a bit.

Use the extra to solidify the good relationships and reward work well done. 

It varies from deal to deal, just access the risk and the reward and go for it.

I suspect a new bobble will be her reward to herself.

Give them the OPTION to pay in full, but don't reward this with a discount.
