Howdy all,My most recent deal was a home run mortgage note origination.

I am listing one of my properties for sale.

My attorney's drafted the mortgage and note and we sent it to our favorite title broker at Fidelity National Title for closing.

My wife and I are under contract on a home we would like to turn into an MTR at some point close to downtown Mesa and the Mesa Arts Center, ~ 10 minutes from Banner Health.

Hey guys, excitedly i just completed my first wholesale deal(s) this week... but i quickly learned that there's a lot of communicating that needs to happen and coordination between the primary seller, the end buyer, and the title company.

My buddy just invested in Akron Ohio long distance from NY.

My guess is it will be headed towards commercial only because that is more common.Long term, you will probably be better off with a commercial zone.
