i get cards, calls and texts every day from wholesalers for my little portfolio - so that shows you how much competition there is out there.it's also tough to do as a beginner in real estate, because the best wholesalers surface strong deals and know how to estimate a rehab.  

How can an agent list more million dollar homes?

That is fine, you still need to send them a letter.  2) How much the tenant will ultimately owe you depends on how quickly you re-lease the unit.  

Apologies for how long it is 😂Background - I have put a back up offer which looks like it will be accepted when the current buyer doesn’t meet the negotiated timeline  to close on a deal which was 2 small single family’s 2bd / 1bth recently fully renovated being sold together on a parcel.
