I have had a few properties (in lending) with the in-law quarters, usually a nice add as they are in demand.I'd say, now that I think of it, that if one has a large finished basement with bedrooms down, adding that efficiency kitchen would be an excellent improvement as they came in higher here than the cost of putting in some cabinets, a spot for a stove a fridge.

I am starting to see more and more kitchen remodel where the kitchen wall receptacles are turned 90 degrees, sideways, as in a "Landscape" versus a "Portrait" orientation.I believe this is more convenient?
