Tony Hi an welcome an yes we wholesale for a Living I would Recommend you join your Local Real Estate Club in your Area an connect with other Investors/Wholesalers or ask your Real Estate Attorney most of your Questions will be answered at your local REIA club or meetups.

Also, be sure to head on over to the Sacramento Forum and join the conversation going on there and get a feel for the market.

I joined BP about a month and a half ago and I've absolutely loved the site and the community here.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a great book for beginners and you should be able to find it at the library.Look for a local real estate investors group to join and attend their meetings.  

There is a ton of value in the network, which is why I joined even after being successful at flipping.
