My morning coffee post:Some people would argue with a door, get an accounting book instead of Wikipedia where anyone can post.  

I took a cursory glance at the houses for sale here and after Seattle was almost shocked to find a large number of houses still on the market, some for under $20K (need work, but in Seattle you could get a cup of coffee for that price. just kidding...)

Certainly it's a recipe to achieve long-term financial comfort and to ensure that your nest egg continues to grow, but saving isn't going to help you generate shorter-term financial freedom or wealth.If I have a choice between giving up drinking Starbucks coffee everyday (okay, I don't really like Starbucks, but let's go with it as an example) and figuring out a way I can earn an extra $1000 per year to cover my Starbucks purchases, I'll go for the latter.The reason being, I'd never waste time striving for an extra $1000 per year -- instead, I'll strive for an extra $50,000 or $100,000 per year.

Expresso /coffee machine, nice towels, robes, bigger tv, at least 55inch, nice wine glasses nice bedding, comfortable furniture.

Its a very nice street and great visibility, but no street parking.If there were street parking in front of the door, it's much more likely that the impulse to "stop in," but the parking lot is behind the building so a coffee shop-like business doesnt really fit.The old tenant was an accountant who's 3 year lease expired and that's probably the best kind of fit for the location.

Monday morning, 6:30am drinking my coffee and watching the news, I saw a building on fire completely engulfed!
