Personally I don't rent to people that are fresh out of prison because it's too easy for them to quickly relapse and have their life fall apart again leaving me to deal with the drama.

All I use is the ledger, downloads, and report generation, I don;t manage investments or payrolls.I've tried searching what's out there, but most web based things can't import previous transactions, and I don't want to start fresh and still have to open Quicken to see old transactions, like "when did I buy that fridge for apt 2A"?

Account Closed - I'll have to check file notes, our big problems usually were asset value (We're at $70k ARV/property on average) and a few wanted a really odd setup where the properties were moved to a fresh LLC with the lender as a partner in the LLC which I wasn't a fan of.

On the internet you see this nice beautiful house, and you go there and can't find the house, and you drive around the block 3x and go back and forth, and all you see is fresh dirt where the house used to be....then you ask the neighbors and they're like...oh yea that house burned to the ground last week/month/year and the bulldosed what was left.
