I recommend investigating both a small, investor-focused CPA route along with the real estate route.

I think there are some undervalued rural & small town opportunities at the moment, so that could be a place to start your investigation.

The main thing he thought I personally should know is that if there is a deal, the money will follow hence why I began investigating where that money was coming from and through small investigation, I came upon hard money lending.

Certainly investigate the market, but bottom line don’t run just due to them being 1 beds you may find a real need which the property could fill.

You might want to investigate to make sure you don't have a drug issue.

Although I haven't invested with MI, further investigation within the BP community throws a lot of caution for anyone else to do so.
