I plan to start working nights and weekends in the beginning of August with an experienced Tempe agent and house flipper who is just now opening a brokerage.in 2012, after graduating from Hillsdale College, I moved from Michigan to Phoenix.

I went to college in Potsdam, NY.

I grew up in Fullerton, lived there until I was 23, now live in East Placentia (about 10 minutes away) and go to Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College.

I am a recently college graduate who has hardly owned anything in my life, certainly not a house.  

In high school and college I managed a local contracting company and loved working on and improving homes in the area.

THINK ABOUT IT BROTHER...most people where drinking beer in a college confusion at your age so if you're a go getter/ not a dipshit they will respect you for it....this DOES NOT mean they will sell to you because thats a whole different ball game. 

@Brandon SnyderI too am someone who freezes at the mention of math-and my major in college was Computer Science.

I grew up in a family that taught me to go to college, study something useful, and get a job... and I did... and I can't imagine being more unhappy with the result.

A bit about myself: Originally from Colombia but migrated to the US in my teens to go to college.

I bought a little 4-plex in college and didn't have to pay any rent.
