I'm no expert, but the the way I look at it now is that I'm gaining experience to complement all the knowledge I've gained over the past several months, earning a little extra passive income on the side, meeting people, and getting comfortable with being in the driver's seat so that I can see the opportunities ahead that will allow me to leverage my wife and I beyond the entry stage.

You have them fill it out, take an iPhone picture of their Driver's license (for ID, front and back) then have the Tenant Check company run them.Sometimes just this procedure alone is a Screen Technique;-)

I have went ahead and sent some of these things in and the negotiator seems to get mad and not respond for another 10-15 days only to tell me that they are not accepting below this amount.I am wondering if it is the fact that the property is listed and they want to hold out for a better offer?
