Polk county - a little bit of help
Hi there,
I’m a new investor in Polk county, FL living out of state. I do single family houses with minor to moderate rehab.
I have done a few deals now and I’m looking to improve my approach in buying a property.
Since I’m out of state I would like to hire a person with some rehab / construction experience to go down to a property and document all that I need to know about the property.
