Take a look at the referral system though (roof dot io /3forfree) I don’t plan on having too many tenants at first and might just look for someone giving out a referral code online

That was their initial approach - to petition the seller for a return of their EMD, but I felt that wasn’t fair as the seller didn’t do anything wrong - the bank and their realtor were at fault.I may not have mentioned this but the HOA provided all needed documentation of renter/owner ratio before the offer was submitted - bank had that paperwork from day 1 but didn’t decline based on it until the day closing was scheduled to occur.

I have these documents for Florida, but not MI. 

You really need someone to look at the documents you have, what they say, and pit that against your local laws and procedures. 

If it were me, I would take all the documentation and my contractor to court with me to evict these tenants.

However, if I were HML, I would definitely ask for documentation on your previous projects.

There are definitely still active liens on the property.I also don’t have any documentation on lien releases since I haven’t created any liens yet on this property myself.
