If it didn’t take a long time to generate that cash(1 year or less), I would consider doing syndication and wait and see how it went, while continuing to educate myself on local market conditions for an investment property.

I suggest to anyone reading this to write out their requirements and pass those out to prospects that come to view the property.

We have everything you need to manage ready in a can: photography, advertising, application, leases, rules and regulations, smoke detector notices and all other forms you need and background check (we do this a lot).
