I'm in the process of building a joint venture credibility package and going after JV opportunities however need some advice on where to start.We've had a busy 3 months securing 5 properties which has tapped my partner and I on approvals.I'm a big proponent on the old adage that each party must bring something to the table.

If you are conservative with your numbers and build in a buffer, you'll be fine.

I love to travel and have traveled extensively around the world - I've been to four continents and countless countries, I've climbed waterfalls (yes, that means going up against the water), kayaked with whales, and successfully avoided a police search party in Colombia (what happens in Colombia, stays in Colombia). 

Grad students are probably more mature and less likely to through huge parties or do damage to the property. 

We have chosen to seek out a third party provider.

Let’s be conservative and assume $550 per unit.
