I feel our property was treated without regard to what we own as well as our health, and I do not feel comfortable allowing the city workers to enter our property until the city takes responsibility for the damages caused, as well as lay out a plan on how they will be acting differently once we allow them on our property.Here's what the sewer cleaning crew did:1.

The purchase price is so minimal that interest rates, etc, barely put a dent in the pocket so I'm comfortable financing while using most of any potential rental income to just put back towards the mortgage to have it paid off in a much shorter period.
