iv had my water heater and furnace and carpet in lounge stolen and the person who helped my buy it had the property on his corporate policy and said ezxcess was $2500, so not worth claiming, so i have to pick up the bill, just sorted the carpet goes in tomorrow, but dont want to put heater in or furnace yet as it could get stolen again, i did think about bars on windows but go told it wouldnt pass the HUD assesment?

Example, when I buy from Home Depot, even though I am in store, and get my stuff in store, ALL my purchases are sent via computer to corporate and sent back to the store where there told what I pay, and I regularly recieve discounts of 20%-65%.

his doctor said that he is protected under the American w Disabilities act and he would have no problem writing a letter stating his condition and our need for a fence that can decrease teh sound decibmals that come from their yard.Does anyone have advice on how i should approach this to the HOA or ARB. i really dont want to go to court and have this get ugly. i have too much on my hands as is it with him sick and me working 14 hour days.PLEASE HELP. any advice is greatly appreciated. thank you

Definitely appreciated.I don't have enough information to say if this request has merit, but I will say that while it is possible to finance foreign nationals, it isn't easy.Reason being is that often times foreign borrowers have no physical presence here in the states so they lack American tax returns and credit.
