Is turnkey what you're interested in with those companies, or a) what are you looking for and b) do you have specific questions about those companies or the models?

So far I've had 100% on time payments during this crisis in my B class units.

I built my portfolio out of Class A & B properties and only bought where I would personally live and feel comfortable walking around the block at night.

I’d go B class.

I like up North, growing area, C/B area for the most part.
