Right now trying to fill two positions, one is hourly at $80/hour and the other is a salary position which including expected bonus will approach the quarter million dollar range in 2022.

While not a written rule you or having your PM contact the tenants prior to you taking ownership or w/o the expresses consent of the owner, or doing a walkthrough etc....is seen as bad form.

Not to sure what options I have for that.4- the price range well, I talked to some loan officers and they mentioned I can get a 325000 ish house for about 2100 a month was kinda the ball park.
