Both markets provide good #'s and both are very landlord friendly, which is something that gets left out when selecting markets.

@Todd Dexheimer i've been looking for a months however i have not narrowed it down to a selection of options because of the variety of states im looking in.

I popped it in and swallowed it down with some high quality H2O...it was time to get some serious rest.I was sleeping by 9:45pm but to my surprise I woke up at 2:45am, wide awake.

I narrowed it down to a handful, took them out to lunch and ultimately selected the best candidate.
