Has anybody partnered with real estate agents to help them find wholesale leads?

Where can i find lists for direct mail in Chicago Suburb Area?I have heard of places like List Source, but i know there has to be more than that. What are the limitations and benefits for each of the companies?

The only way it is illegal, is if you are selling Real Estate without a license.... if you are simply assigning a contract for a wholesale (matchmaking for a motivated seller and buyer), you are not selling, so it should not be illegal to practice in that state or any other state.
