Hoping I can attend any investor events while there.  

Networking events can be very helpful. 

.* Sometimes certain events like foreclosure transfers get posted as sales.* There's always opportunities.

Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers.Try to attend your local REI networking groups and meetups.

Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

As a new wholesaler, I believe the better approach is speaking to buyers to found what properties that acquire.You should go to the BP events.

A nice gift from parents for newly weds with a new house is an extra house pmt principal only.   

Seller financing, partner with a friend or family member, meet someone at a networking event to partner with, use a hard money loan, sell your kidneys, rob a bank, etc.I'm not a fan of 100% funding.

I just looked at a wedding venue that's a barn on 50 acres.
